Coupeville
The second oldest town in Washington, Coupeville on Whidbey Island is a town where every lover of nature, history, and art will enjoy a memorable experience. This quiet waterfront community is actually the county seat and is situated on the sheltered and pristine Penn Cove, home to famous world class mussels. Located in the heart of Ebey’s Landing National Historical Reserve, the rural farming town still reflects the character of a frontier seaport when Puget Sound was first being settled.
