Moclips
In the North Beach area of coastal Washington state, you'll find the small town of Moclips, home of the zany Kelper's Parade and celebration.
Here you can also visit Analyde Gap where the final scene in McQ was filmed, go horseback riding and spend the day at a kite contest or sand sculpture competition.
Camp at Pacific Beach State Park, hike, sea kayak, dig for clams in the season, surf, and fish. Catch a brilliant sunset, watch a myriad of birds, beach comb, dine in a beachside restaurant and visit the Museum of the North Beach and the Quinault Indian Reservation. The Griffiths-Priday State Park is also nearby, between Moclips and Ocean Shores, and perfect for a beach stroll.
Dreamers, explorers, historians, families and individuals will all relish a visit to Moclips.
