Eastsound

Eastsound is the hub of Orcas Island offering casual to fine dining, boutiques and galleries. The Orcas Island Historical Museum shows what life was like for the native people and early European settlers. There’s also plenty for kids to do, including a world-class skate park activities at the Funhouse Commons, a children’s discovery center. There is a movie theater that shows first-run films, and the Orcas Center performing arts center offers plays, concerts, dance performances, a sculpture garden and an art gallery.

Enjoy a picnic at Eastsound Village Beach or explore the Saturday Orcas Island Farmers Market in the Village Green, which features music, food vendors, local produce, meats, flowers, jewelry and other artisan products.
